About Bagby

In January 2017, Juan Sanchez and his wife decided to take their relationship to the next level. We realized that, like many other couples around the world, we were very distracted, so it was difficult for us to connect with each other. To try to help fix this issue, he suggested a #PhoneFreeBedroomChallenge. No phones, no distractions. Soon after, they discovered the benefits this simple change in behavior could bring to people, especially couples like us, so they decided to create Bagby. Warranty

Bagby products include a 1 year warranty (excluding the frames on clocks).

Returns

Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. Bagby doesn't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, Bagby offers easy returns.

- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be unused and in original condition.

- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and Bagby will take care of everything.

- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Bagby may have to send it back to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

- In case you want to change the model or color, Bagby can do it, but you should assume the return cost + the new shipping costs to send your new Bagby pack.

- If you want to request a refund for a subjective reason, Bagby can do it, but will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.

Once Bagby receives and review the correct condition of the product, Bagby will make the whole refund. For non Non USA orders you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost (along with eventual duties/VAT costs, related to the importation of the goods to USA) will be deducted.

Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.

Orders returned without contacting us first or sent to the wrong address will be charged additional $3 as handling cost.

* Customers who cancel 2 or more orders won't be eligible for return or refund.

* Items returned with a delay of more than 30 days since last conversation with our customer service won't be accepted.

How does the box stop calls and notifications?
The shell has a copper Faraday lining, and the lid seals against it when closed. That
lining blocks the wireless signal that would otherwise reach the phones inside, so calls and
messages are not delivered until you open the box. It is a physical barrier rather than a
software setting, which is why it works even when you would rather it did not.
Will my phone fit?
The box holds three phones comfortably, including large current models in cases. Smaller
or caseless phones will fit more.
What happens if someone needs to reach me urgently?
They will reach you when you open the box. If you want a line kept open, leave one phone
out — because the box holds three, that is a genuine option rather than a compromise. Many
households keep one phone available and put the rest away.
Can I charge a phone inside the box?
No. The box is designed to block signal, not to pass power, so it is not a charging dock.
If you want phones charging overnight somewhere other than the bedroom, charge them outside
the box in another room.
