All items returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging, unworn or unused to be eligible for a refund, unless defective (we of course will refund anything defective and ask for the product returned). Original shipping costs are excluded from refunds, unless again if defective. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
