Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your GroundLuxe products, GroundLuxe offers a full refund less shipping within 30 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT: To qualify for a refund, the returned product must contain all parts, especially the grounding cord because GroundLuxe tests these units when they are returned.

Warranty

Each order of GroundLuxe includes a warranty that covers your purchase for two years. Warranties must be registered within 90 days of your order.

Exchanges

Raum will provide you with a free return label and ship you a different size on us if your shoes do not fit. Keep in mind Raum shoes do stretch out a quarter to half a size after about a week of wear, so if they are a little tight, that is normal. :)

Returns

Raum accept returns on all products that are unworn and unaltered within 30 days of purchase. A $8.95 fee will be withheld from your refund to cover restocking costs per shoe. We recommend trying on your shoes inside and walking very slow on flat carpet to ensure the bottoms do not get damaged.

Raum does not accept returns on any shoes that have been worn with ANY visible markings on the bottoms.

The shoes have a leather sole so they can be slippery when new. Please wear with absolute caution and at your own risk. Please note the inside stitching can feel rough and noticable at first, this is 100% cotton and will flaten and soften after a few wears and you will not even be able to tell it is there :)
