All TRU47 orders ship from the United States. Customers in Canada will need to pay import duties.

Warranty & Returns

Returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 calendar days from the original order date. All items returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging, unworn or unused to be eligible for a refund, unless defective (we of course will refund anything defective and ask for the product returned). Original shipping costs are excluded from refunds, unless again if defective. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
