Warranty
Bagby Silent Alarm Clocks include a 6-month warranty, excluding the frame.
Returns
Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. Bagby doesn't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, Bagby offers easy returns.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
A return rate starts from USD 5.95 for light individual items which will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and Bagby will take care of everything.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Bagby may have to send it back to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- In case you want to change the model or color, Bagby can do it, but you should assume the return cost (Bagby will provide return label) + the new shipping costs to send your new Bagby pack.
- If you want to request a refund for a subjective reason, Bagby can do it, but will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.
In order to make it easier for you, upon request, Bagby will send you a link where you can download and print the return label.
Once Bagby receives and review the correct condition of the product, Bagby will make the whole refund. For non Non USA orders you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost (along with eventual duties/VAT costs, related to the importation of the goods to USA) will be deducted.
Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.
Orders returned without contacting us first or sent to the wrong address will be charged additional $3 as handling cost.
* Customers who cancel 2 or more orders won't be eligible for return or refund.
* Items returned with a delay of more than 30 days since last conversation with our customer service won't be accepted.
* Orders marked as "delivered" by shipping carriers won't be refundable or eligible for a replacement.
