Shipping
Juunaday products ship within the United States for a flat fee of $8/order, and to Canada for a flat fee of $28.

Orders placed Monday – Friday will begin processing that day and will generally ship within two working days of placing your order. Orders placed Saturday – Sunday and on US Holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Most customers in the US will receive items within 3-5 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Juunaday will contact you via email if any part of your order is unavailable. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.

Warranty
Juunaday LLC ("Company") warrants that Juunaday brand products ("Product") purchased online at juunaday.com or through approved affiliates by the original purchaser ("Customer") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Returns
All items with original tags still attached that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that tags must still be attached to be eligible for a return and Juunaday reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Juunaday asks that you take care when trying on their products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. If Juunaday does not accept a return, it will be sent back to the customer.
