Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

  1. All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed (excluding weekends); shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Unexpected delays can occur while in transit.
  2. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
  3. We may require signature confirmation at our discretion and/or for high value orders.
  4. Shipping times are estimates within any shipping method selected and are not guaranteed due to normal issues with the carrier (weather delays, high volume, etc.) or an unforeseen circumstances.
  5. If the wrong address is provided at the time of order, refuse or do not accept delivery and the shipment is returned to us you will receive a refund minus any shipping charges paid, this includes the shipping charges we incur even when using the “Free Shipping” promotion. 

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. We ship all our International orders with USPS First Class Mail International. If you wish to use a different carrier option you will need to notify us to get a quote and pay any additional shipping cost separately.

  2. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Payment of these taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for further details.

    Orders returned for failure to pay these taxes will be subject to return shipping costs, imposed taxes, and possible restocking fees. Orders abandoned for failure to pay taxes are not eligible for refund.

  3. Delivery times vary by region and it may take up to 45 days for an order to be delivered. This is due to distance and customs clearance which may slow the delivery process significantly.

  4. Any returns for any ROW orders must be shipped back to the United States for a refund.


Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Bank holidays. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
